Terms of Sale

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. As the FDA has not evaluated these products, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase the products we distribute, you do so base upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

Product Effectiveness

If our products didn’t perform for you, there’s a good chance that you haven’t found the right dosage yet. Many of our customers who report that CBD didn’t work for their use case often report back much more positive results with a higher dosage version of our products. If you believe that to be the case, reach out to our customer support team through email at
customerservice@nuevoorganics.com, and somebody will help you find the right CBD product and dosage for you.

Cancellation

Orders must be canceled prior to shipping in order to avoid being charged. A Customer may cancel their order for any reason prior to their order being fulfilled. To cancel an order, please call NuEvo Organics customer service at (832) 234-4208, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 CST.

30 Day Return Policy

We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

To initiate a return, please send our customer support team an email at
customerservice@nuevoorganics.com with the subject “Return Request” and we’ll send you an address to send the products back to.
• Return within our 30-Day return policy window to be eligible.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Product must be returned to receive a refund
• Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued

When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution)

Gifts

If the items in your order were gifted to you, or if we’re unable to verify your order information, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the full amount of your order. All gift items that are returned are still subject to the requirements outlined in the return policy section above.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product
damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
